The Faith and Health Coalition is a network of faith-based organizations, of all faiths, who come together to encourage healthy lifestyle behaviors in places of worship. The Coalition meets at 6pm on the first Monday of every month in Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship Church at 425 W. Montgomery Cross Rd, Savannah, GA.
