The Faith and Health Coalition is a network of faith-based organizations of all faiths who come together to encourage healthy lifestyle behaviors in places of worship. The Coalition meets at 6pm on the first Monday of every month at Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship Church at 425 W. Montgomery Cross Rd, Savannah, GA.

Faith, Activity, and Nutrition Training:
Faith, Activity, and Nutrition Training (FAN) is a virtual, 8-week self-paced course tailored to churches. It discusses health’s importance and provides guidance on creating a successful Health Ministry. The course was created by the University of South Carolina and is now available to churches nationally through the Health Ministries Association (HMA).

Black Church Food Security Network:
