Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken

Servings: 4

Ingredients 

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can no-salt added diced tomatoes
1 can reduced-sodium black beans, drained & rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
3 green onions
¼ cup cilantro
1 can reduced-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Place in the slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Serve with whole-grain brown rice and top with more fresh herbs.
Enjoy!
