Mexican Pinwheels

 From Super Healthy Kids

 
Ingredients:

8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup salsa

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 pound cooked chicken breasts

3 stalks green onion, finely chopped

 

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp taco seasoning

4 medium whole wheat tortillas

 

Directions:

1.    Put everything but the tortillas in a bowl and mix well.

2.    Spread some of the mixture onto the entire surface of one of the tortillas, and roll it up tightly. Continue with the rest of the tortillas the same way.

3.    Chill in the fridge for 20 min.

4.    Cut the rolled up tortillas into 1 inch sections.
