Mason Jar Salad

Want to spice up your lunch and stay healthy at the same time, try this hip new salad recipe.


  • Salad dressing or dip
  • Lean Protein such as beans or grilled chicken
  • Veggies
  • Lettuce


Add dressing or dip to the bottom of a jar with lid.  Then crunchy veggies, followed by your choice of protein.  Top with more colorful veggies and lettuce. When ready to eat as a salad, shake it up and pour into a bowl.
