Exercise: How Much is Enough?


The American Heart Association recommends engaging in exercise at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise (or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity). Thirty minutes a day, five times a week may be a better way to remember it. Of course allow your physician to make the determination of what is best for you.
