Healthy Savannah would like take this time out to send our condolences to the Espinoza and Fleet Feet family. Robert Espinoza, owner of Fleet Feet Savannah and a great supporter of our organization passed away June 25, 2015. We will continue to encourage his message of a healthier Savannah. Robert was scheduled to speak at the Aug 25 Encourage Health event about how to train for a 5k
The third lecture of the 2015 Encourage Health Series on Tuesday, August 25 with Chris Ramsey “How to Train for a 5K.” During the lecture, a Encourage Health grant donation will be presented to the Effingham County Navigator Team, a not-for-profit support group and recreational program for children with special needs and different abilities. The group provides recreational activities such as basketball, baseball, soccer, cornhole and bowling.
