The final lecture in the series will be “10 Yoga Tips: Hectic to Harmonious in 5 Minutes or Less” on Tuesday, October 27. It will be presented by Kelley J. Boyd, E-RYT500, founder and teacher at Savannah Yoga Center. At Boyd’s lecture, the Forsyth Farmer’s Market (FFM) will be awarded the Encourage Health grant.
