1 cup frozen pineapple (no added sugar)
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
½ banana, sliced
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 cup milk (2%)
2 teaspoons honey or agave, optional
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Enjoy immediately.
