Cool your mouth down in the last months of summer by enjoying a naturally sweet Popsicle (no added sugars).
1 peach, roughly chopped
4 ounces chopped strawberries
6 ounces light unsweetened coconut milk
1 Tbsp. honey
Put strawberries and peach in a small saucepan over medium high heat with 1 tablespoon of water. Bring to a boil, partially cover pot, and then reduce heat to medium. Cook for about 5 minutes until fruit is soft, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let mixture cool. Mix fruit with coconut milk and puree in blender or food processor until smooth. Fill ice pop containers with puree. Freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
