Blue Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

8 ounces fat-free or low-fat milkdownload (3)

½ cup frozen banana slices

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 cup spinach

 Directions:
In blender, puree everything until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tip! For a nutritious boost, add 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds. Flaxseeds are rich in heart healthy omega-3’s.

*For a thinner smoothie, add water.
